We are Never Alone in Difficult Times

Many times people will oppose us just like in the post Boldness Given by the Holy Spirit when Peter proclaimed Christ as the Savior before the group that had crucified Him. Like Peter, when sharing about Christ we might face opposition but with the Lord, we can take courage and boldly stand up to them.

Remember, God is with us to fight our battles. Here is a video assuring that we are never alone during difficult times: I Am Not Alone – Kari Jobe.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. – Joshua 1:9

About Mark Shields

Mark volunteers as a member of the media ministry team at his church. A few years ago, he started an on-line Bible study guide called “This Day with God Devotional”. He uses this as a tool in his journey through the Bible. We live in a very busy world with busy schedules so this tool has helped him continue with daily Bible reading and study. Each of the studies are designed to help apply our faith in the work place, at school, or at home. Join him on this journey or check in every so often to read his thoughts.

  1. This was extremely encouraging Mark – thank you. I had not heard this song before. But when I was studying music at Christ for the Nations in Dallas years ago, I had a guitar teacher. I think he went to work doing something like you (media ministry) for the same large church where Kari Jobi is serving. I have greatly enjoyed worshipping to “Revelation song” for years.

You are welcome Matthew. I pass by Christ for the Nations when going to Dallas every so often. I live about 100 miles to the south of Dallas in Waco Texas. Thanks for sharing.
