Vision Brings Decisions

Studying in Genesis 46 recently, Jacob faithfully prayed to God. He received hope in a dream and was encouraged to continue to Egypt. Joseph’s love of his father unified the household to step ahead and overcome the famine. This poem crystalizes some thoughts from this study as we step ahead to meet the challenges in our own lives today. Have a blessed weekend my friends as we enter the week of Good Friday and Easter.

Step Ahead

Visions Bring Decisions Step Ahead to a Brighter Future

Faith is all about
Praying for God’s direction
On what to do in life
And feeling His connection.

Faith is all about
Listening to what He’s said;
Seeing the vision
And stepping ahead.

Faith is all about
Knowing His brilliance,
Knowing His perfection,
And going the distance.

Keep the faith
And see the big picture.
Accept His great advice
Found in the scripture.

Good things will happen
Because of His advice
Received from our prayers
And pictured so precise.

We are fortified
And highly favored
As we step ahead
With each day savored.

We wish to please You
As we follow Your will
And we are confident
We will meet the bill.

Good things from You
Will come our way
As we continue to imagine
Them happening today.

We step ahead with faith
Because of who we chose
